HIGH VALUE ASSETS

Verified parties. Protected disclosure. A closed environment for high-value transactions.

For asset owners, buyers and intermediaries who need a place where a transaction survives the moment information changes hands.

01 / Failure points

Where transactions break

01

The introduction never happens

An intermediary who puts both sides in the same room risks being removed from the deal. So the introduction is delayed, filtered, or never made at all. The transaction stops before it begins.

02

Disclosure only goes one way

One side sends documents. The other reads them and walks away, having shared nothing. By the time the imbalance is obvious, the information is already elsewhere.

03

You cannot tell who is on the other side

The person asking questions may hold the decision, or may be passing them up a chain you will never see. Nothing on an ordinary platform tells you which.

02 / Infrastructure

What the platform does

Bank-led verification

Every participant is verified through a regulated banking partner.

Symmetric disclosure

Documents open for both sides at the same moment, or for neither.

NDA before anything is shared

Signed by all parties before the first document moves.

Every decision-maker on record

Signatories, counsel and advisers are named and verified before publication.

03 / Process

How it works

Step 1

Verification

Individuals complete KYC. Companies complete KYB. Verification is handled by our banking partner, not by us.

Step 2

Listing

An asset or a mandate is entered against a document checklist. Nothing is published until the record is complete.

Step 3

Parties

Every party to the transaction is named: signatory, legal counsel, finance, intermediaries. Each one is invited by email and verified. No party, no publication.

Step 4

NDA

Signed by all sides before any information is exchanged.

Step 5

Symmetric disclosure

Both sides upload their documents. Access opens at the same moment — for both, or for neither.

Nothing is disclosed to a party that has disclosed nothing.

04 / Custody

Who holds what

Identity verification runs through a regulated banking partner. Personal data stays on the bank's side.

Deal documents — contracts, asset records — are held on our secured servers.

Verification does not stop at the account holder. Everyone who signs is checked.

05 / Participants

Three positions at the table

Asset owner

Your asset does not go to the open market. It is not indexed, advertised or circulated. It is visible only to verified counterparties.

Intermediary

Your position is on record. You can put both sides in the same room without the risk of being removed from the transaction: going around the platform carries consequences, and the rule applies to everyone.

Buyer

The party across the table is a verified decision-maker, not an intermediary relaying messages up a chain you cannot see.

06 / Privacy

A closed environment, not a marketplace

Large transactions are closed inside private circles and rarely reach the open market. The platform works the same way.

Assets are not indexed by search engines and are not publicly advertised. A record is visible only to verified parties at the corresponding level of access.

07 / Standard

The rules

01Going around the platform after being introduced through it results in permanent removal and financial liability.

02Incomplete records are not published.

03The rules are the same for everyone, regardless of the size of the asset.

08 / Boundaries

What we don't do

We do not value assets.

We do not give investment advice.

We are not a party to any transaction.

We don't guarantee a deal will close. We do guarantee a secure process designed to mitigate risk.

We don't sell a probability. We provide a process.
